George W. McKinney Jr. of Raleigh County is elected to the National Association of Business Economists at its seventh annual meeting in Chicago. He serves as vice president of Trust Co. The association includes about 800 members, with many leaders from the nation’s top 100 industrial firms. McKinney, holder of a Virginia doctorate, graduated from Rutgers and the Stanier Graduate School of Banking. He previously worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and Irving Trust Company.
