Road Deaths Raise West Virginia Toll to 149
United Press International reports three more highway fatalities in West Virginia. James Loudin of Charleston, 28, died in a single vehicle crash near Hamlin, Lincoln County, as others in the car were hospitalized. A pickup passenger, David Beckett, 3, died in a Princeton crash at U.S. 20 460. Dixie Cooper, 26, of Jumping Branch, charged with negligent homicide for running a stop sign in the Princeton incident. Manley Faircloth, 45, of Martinsburg, died when his car plunged off an embankment on U.S. 50 near Fellowsville.
