State gardeners elect new officers at a morning session. Vice president is Mrs. Ralph A. Schmitz of Parkersburg, president Mrs. Henry L. Walker Beckley, second vice president Mrs. G. R. Hammer Elkins, assistant treasurer Mrs. Earl G. Griffee Charleston. The group includes accredited judges Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Patterson Beckley, with several club representatives.
