Fourth hearing ordered in Nichols suit over mining firm
The Earl Nichols estate suit against Raleigh Wyoming Mining Company, tied to the 1930 death of Kathleen Nichols in Dwight, is set for trial May 21 in the local circuit court after multiple reversals by the supreme court.
