Carlyn Lee Bailey 35 of Beckley died early today in an Indianapolis bus terminal after an apparent heart attack. He traveled with a magazine company for two weeks and waited for a return bus. A severely handicapped man, he was known in Beckley for selling magazines on the streets. He was born March 30, 1988, a son of Willis O. and Mrs. Bailey, and a Woodrow Wilson High School graduate. The body will be returned to Melton Mortuary for funeral arrangements.
