Wyoming County Dem ocratic executive committee set district meetings for July 38 and July 13 Pineville to choose delegates for state and county judicial conventions. Forty four delegates will attend to nominate a Sixth Judicial Circuit judge at the August Prince ton and Clarksburg convention. Dr Ward Wyite announced sites including Baileysville Barkers Ridge Center Clear Fork Half's Creek Oceana Slab Fork Mullens and Pineville. A Goodyear plant in an industrial town saw a demonstration backed by a $100000 fund. S H Dalrymple of Akron, president of the United Rubber Workers, said he was beaten three weeks earlier after a preliminary meeting. Frank Grillo of Akron blamed Goodyear for yesterday’s attack. no arrests were reported at once. Funeral services for Orchius L. McClelland the 51 year old miner killed Friday in a statefall at Quinwood mine will be held at Quinwood Baptist Church at 2 p m. Burial will be in End of the Trail cemetery. Surviving are his widow Anna and three children Ray Mildred and Nora all of Quinwood along with five brothers and two sisters.
