North Korea blocks UN meeting over DMZ incident demands
In Seoul UPI reports North Korea refused to attend the 227th Military Armistice Commission meeting without a stated reason. The UN command said the meeting was to discuss the May 27 incident in the DMZ where two armed intruders allegedly fired on a South Korean patrol.
