Junior B. Shorter of Princeton West Virginia was convicted of assault and robbery of Donald Repp of Wilmington Delaware after a hitchhiking ride ended in a knife attack and theft of the car in a Baltimore area incident. Judge Michael J. Manley sentenced him to not more than five years in the penitentiary.
