He allegedly destroyed a sled and an antique dish owned by Kathleen McClure on Feb 23 and assaulted Elmer Keel Jr. on Sunday. Magistrate Rodriguez added $57 in costs.

Funeral services for Miss Pearl Brewer in Beckley

Funeral services for Pearl Brewer age 87 of Beckley will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel with Rev. Thomas Dunlap in charge. Burial follows in Lansing family cemetery. Brewer died Sunday at a local hospital after a long illness. Born April 13 1885 in Fayette County she ran Brewer's Boarding House for over 40 years and was a Methodist. Survivors are nieces and nephews.
