Long Airdox foresees wider use of system

Long-Airdox projects continued high installations in 1962 as their mobile drilling shooting machine integrates drilling and shooting into one two-part cycle. The system’s automation, such as the automatic discharge tube and sequence valve, speeds operations and cuts costs. With over 100 installations nationwide, the approach suits all mine conditions and seam thicknesses up to 34 inches and emphasizes clean coal based shooting costs.
