Kilsyth Water Users Seek Hearing on 48 Rates
Mount Hope Kilsyth and Oswald residents ask the Public Water Commission in Charleston for a hearing over city water charges. They say meters should start October 1 1948, not January 1 1948, and seek adjustment of bills for eight months while water came from Mill Creek dam. They fear service cuts if bills remain unpaid and will send Eugene Greer to represent them at the commission.
