Parkersburg April 9 Associated Press tax commissioner Fred L Fox declared state government costs are lower under the Democratic administration and that no tax rate reduction is likely He said tax collections are strong and that gas and oil interests manufacturers utilities and banks pay 13 000 000 in privilege taxes now versus 1 500 000 when the party took office He praised the Democratic record and said the country has been saved from disaster with happy people seen everywhere.
