Edith Faye Barber, 41, of 139 Sunrise Ave Beckley, remains in critical condition at Beckley Hospital after Tuesday gunshot wounds to the abdomen believed personal safety related with a 16 gauge shotgun. Whitelaw says internment end may begin in Ulster

Whitelaw voiced hope that recent violence reduction in Ulster signals the phased end of internment without trial.
