Riffe Named Director of State Public Health Nursing
Mrs. Oleta Matthews Riffe, longtime Logan County public health nurse, was named director of the State Bureau of Public Health Nursing. The appointment, effective April 9, comes as Lenda Neininger retires after 25 years. State Health Director N H Dyer announced it Wednesday.
