Stronghurst Man Killed in Battle

WAUKESHA Wisconsin May 16 After exhausting a second special panel of 75 men a complete jury panel of twenty was formed at 5 11 pm Wednesday. Twelve jurors will decide Grace Lusk fate on a charge of slain Mrs Mary Newman Roberts as opening of court begins. Over 175 veniremen were examined and rejected for admitted convictions or deemed unfit. Many were excused for illness or farm duties. The final panel includes middle aged farmers, only two unmarried, with several grandfathers. The youngest is 26 and the oldest 70.
