Chicago June 8 A nationwide strike of Commercial Telegraphers Union of America members was ordered to begin Wednesday 8 a m standard time. The walkout targets Western Union American Telephone and Telegraph and Postal Telegraph and Cable, with 60 000 to 100 000 workers affected including about 25 000 union members.
