Daily Market Letter from Long Commission Co
A September corn decline stems from Texas offerings and rising old crop receipts with early harvests. Weak export demand keeps prices lower while cash and deferred markets ease. Oats fall similarly as export demand disappoints and fall pastures limit feeding. Provisions open strong but end weak due to army meat releases and lower direct public pricing. Stocks show little strength aside from tobaccos and oils amid labor unrest concerns.
