Mesalands asks dismissal of former president whistleblower suit
Mesalands Community College seeks dismissal of a Santa Fe County whistleblower lawsuit filed by former president John Groesbeck alleging improper grant fund use and faculty overpayments. The college argues the board are not state officers and venue is improper. Groesbeck’s suit names the college and board members as defendants. Interim president Natalie Gillard remains in place as the board forms a presidential search committee.
