Texas chase ends with arrests after California suspects stopped
Two California residents, Cornell Cooper Brown Jr and Brandy Lynn Dain, were arrested in Potter County Texas after a high speed pursuit that began in Tucumcari New Mexico. Officers used tire-deflating spiked strips and gunfire to stop the Nissan SUV. Brown faces multiple charges including unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and evading arrest. Dain is charged with assault on a public servant and resisting arrest.
