Jose Gilberto Apodaca known as Nene, age 80, died November 8 2014 in Amarillo Texas after a cancer battle. Born November 18 1933 in Lagunita New Mexico he worked in construction and ran a lawn mower repair service. Survived by daughters Loretta Bates and Catherine Case both of Las Vegas Nevada five grandchildren four great grandchildren a brother Joe Apodaca and wife Rose of Tucumcari and a sister Gloria Mulinix and husband Dennis of Albuquerque. Rosary November 12 and Mass November 13 at St Anne's Catholic Church Tucumcari. Burial at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements Dunn Funeral Home Tucumcari NM.

Survived by sons Jonathan and Jess Fury mother Frances Buxton brother Shane Buxton two grandchildren Walker and Kinsley Fury. Funeral October 24 2014 at St Marys Lamar MO burial Pippenger Cemetery NE of Golden City with Jonathan Jess Fury Shane Buxton among pallbearers.
