Robert Jack Birch died May 12 2016 after an extended illness in Tucumcari New Mexico He was born August 28 1933 in Tucumcari to Robert and Margaret Birch He served in the New Mexico Army National Guard the U S Army and Army Reserve retiring as a sergeant He owned a retail sales business He is survived by daughter Devona Martinez husband Joseph six grandchildren nine great grandchildren a great great granddaughter siblings and many relatives Funeral services will be held May 17 2016 at 10 00 AM at the First Baptist Church Tucumcari with burial at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home Tucumcari NM
A new call log system delayed daily release figures from Quay County Detention Center covering May 7 to May 13. Readouts include names and ages of individuals with warrants bonds probations and charges such as marijuana distribution a witness bribery assault and aggravated driving while under the influence for Latoya French Jay Schwedler Regina Vargas Marc Calbert Andrew Martinez Melvin Molandes Joey Trujillo Robert Martinez Christina Rivera Santana Tramel Aleidra Blea Darius Martinez and others.
