Paulita's New Mexico to use Mesalands armory for pilot plant
Rio Rancho based Paulita's New Mexico will operate a pilot manufacturing and worker training facility in Mesalands Community College's armory gym and kitchen in Tucumcari while seeking a permanent site. The plant will produce New Mexico foods at 1200 salsa bottles per minute and store green chile peppers in a large freezer, with a memorandum of understanding drafted between the college and Paulita's.
