City plans fair independent opinion on incident
Rose stated the city seeks a fair independent opinion on the incident. The City Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at City Hall to discuss an 8 percent water rate hike, a New Mexico Youth Conservation Corp application, a rule change on the Pledge of Allegiance, and engineering contracts for the Tucumcari Wastewater Treatment Facility and Tucumcari Water Reuse Project.
