Fred Chavez 61 Paul Hare 30 Jason Rogers 50 Conchas listed for negligent use of a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence. Clayton Martinez 48 Tucumcari to be transferred to the Department of Corrections. Anthony Manzanarez 43 Albuquerque time served. Pauline Chavira 54 Tucumcari to probation. Santos Preciado 32 Jeffrey Knox 20 listed among the detainees.
