City Manager Proposes Sands Dorsey Building Plan
City Manager Doug Powers presented a plan to dispose of the Sands Dorsey ruin downtown and consolidate fire and EMS facilities on the site. The walking tour showed three downtown facilities, two over 50 years old, and a 1984 EMS building with limited space for operations.
