Rep Dennis Roch plans to amend statute 3-14-16 to tighten recall rules for manager and commission forms in Tucumcari Raton and Clayton. He notes current law lets any voter petition trigger a recall costing cities 6 000 to 11 000 dollars with recalls possible for simple disliking of a decision.
