Commissioners repeal animal ordinance in Quay County
After weeks of debate and threats of a referendum, Quay County commissioners voted 2-1 to repeal the animal ordinance. Lopez and Curry supported repeal while Bryant dissented. The measure would have enforced penalties on owners of many animals and required permits.
