Large Municipal and School Service Annualized Monthly Bill Changes
Southwestern Public Service Company proposes 2020 rate changes for RPS Rider and Reconciliation Rider affecting municipal and school service. Calculations show bills for 10 000 kWh at 30 kW and 20 000 kWh at 45 kW with proposed changes and 30 000 kWh at 75 kW. hearings set by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission with dates to be confirmed.
