The Arch Hurley Conservancy District continues canal repairs hoping for future allocations. No water has been allocated since 2009, when only 2 inches of the 42 inch allotment were used. Conchas Lake elevation sits at 4,157.1 acre feet, one acre foot below last year, prompting closure of both boat ramps by NM State Parks and the Army Corps of Engineers.
