Former Santa Rosa administrator settles for 1025k
Former Santa Rosa city administrator Lisa Brassell reaches a 102,500 settlement with city officials, with 5,000 in damages covered by the city and the remainder funded by the state Self Insurers Fund. Brassell drops all charges, including against former councilor Jose Campos III, after dismissal from her post in 2021. The deal ends both civil and federal claims dating from 2021 and 2022.
