Alleged Slacker Registers After Intervention

James Hall, a tramp, was arrested Wednesday for failing to produce an army registration card. He appeared before the registration board Thursday, was allowed to register, then released. Chief Helsley followed orders to give him a chance to register. if he refused, his name would be held for punishment. Hall left the city after release.
