Heary Waters a 34 year old navy deserter arrested by Sheriff Phillips in Owensville will be taken to Chicago tonight to face federal authorities. Waters deserted about three years ago at Galveston after two years served and has since wandered the country including months in Mexico. He had been employed by the Big Four near Johnson where his mother lives.
