Public Hearing Set On State Water Plan In Preston
A public hearing on the Idaho Water Resource Board plan is scheduled Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the Robinson Building Preston. Robert Kinney announced Richard C Edgley, a 1954 Preston High School graduate, has been named vice president of General Mills effective Aug 22. Edgley, linked to retailing, furniture, chemicals, and restaurant operations, joined the company in 1962 and has held roles in Toronto and Minneapolis before becoming group controller in 1975. He holds an MBA from Indiana University, is married to Pauline Nielsen, and they have six children.
