Indecent Exposure Leads to Fine for Logan Man in Preston
Logan resident Joseph R Harper was arrested at a residence on Eighth North St Preston after a woman inside observed him in a sleeping bag on the lawn from her window. Deputy Bert Gailey took him into custody. Harper pled guilty before Judge Ann Davis and was fined 100 dollars or jailed 20 days. A senior Citizens dinner is set for Friday at noon at the Senior Citizen's Center in the American Legion Hall.
