Franklin County Commissioners met in regular session October 9 1950 with Chairman Mu Evans Angus Condie and D Ariel Nash present. The board approved a tax relief request reappraised the property and filed justice Milo Wheeler’s quarterly report. Bills for auditing and payment covered road equipment fuel utilities and county services with multiple vendors including Preston Citizen Anderson Photo Studio and Utah Oil Refining Co. Continuous items included road and bridge matters and a future meeting to finalize agreements with Hilltop Water Association and the Mink Creek Road maintenance.
