Petterborg Resigns as Idaho Brand Inspector
Edgar Petterborg, longtime deputy brand inspector in the Pocatello district, resigns effective May 15 after years of service since 1934. He helped establish port-of-entry checks and ownership certificates, collaborating with Sheriff Hansen and Franklin County stockmen to curb livestock losses and reform brand inspection under state law.
