A salad luncheon was served to Grace Craner Helen Merrill Dora Beveridge Nell Brenchley Donna Taylor Idella Larsen Ora Greaves June Palmer Emma Jensen Barbara Howells Wanda Palmer LeArta Hammond and guests. Venna Fackrell and Dorothy Crockett and Mrs Marlin Kofoed of Idaho Falls were Preston visitors with friends and relatives. Their home was damaged by floods. basement full of water and three feet above ground. Red Cross and many friends helped repair damages.

Funeral Services Held Monday for Mrs Edna Whitney
Mrs Edna Violet Hulse Whitworth Whitney died at her Weston home shortly before Thursday from age. Born February 8 1874 in Millville Utah she was the daughter of Charles W and Anne Smith Hulse. She married Samuel A Whitney in Millville August 17 1893 and in Logan temple later. Surviving are 10 children and many grandchildren great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. Funeral services were Monday at 1 pm at the Weston ward chapel with burial in Weston Cemetery.
