Swan Lake Reunion Set for March 16
March 16 has been chosen for the Relief society ward reunion and old folks party at Swan Lake. Ward members former and present are invited to attend. Dinner will be served at noon. At 7:30 p m a program will be given, followed by a dance with music by a Preston orchestra. Refreshments will be served during the evening. Ward committees for the annual party include Belva Hadley general chairman Douglas Sorensen lunch and Martel Thomas dance. Nye a Tabomia High School graduate four years U S Navy attended University of Utah now in radio technician training. They plan to wed Saturday March 23 with a trousseau tea in Oneida Stakehouse.

The Franklin stake spring music festival will be held next Tuesday at 8 p m in the stake house. From 75 to 100 singers have been practicing since December. A string ensemble bass quartet and special instruments accompany. A scout and Beehive girls chorus will sing. A reader will deliver comments. Native of India speaker at club here. Dr Salunke guest speaker at Utah Power and Light Co auditorium. About 50 attended. Birthdays celebrated for Geraldine Checketts 13th with guests. Birthday club hosts record.
