Franklin county 4-H leaders plan a joint 4-H club camp with Oneida county for the next summer at Bear Lake. Balloting conducted Saturday in the county agent office elected Frank Gilbert of Fairview George Crockett of Whitney and Wells McEntire of Preston as directors. Williams known as the Sooner Philosopher will address the Preston Knife and Fork club at the Franklin County courthouse on March eve.
