Certification Deadline In Six Days For Wheat Certificates
Blaine Gamble, chairman of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation committee, says farmers have six working days left to certify wheat acreage to earn the wheat certificate payment by July 10. Certification must be at the county office and missing the final date by 9 pm leads to loss of the payment, which equals the difference between wheat price and quality under the 1965 act.
