The US Air Force Titan HIJC mockup arrived in Preston on Wednesday for the three day Franklin County Jubilee tied to the Preston Night Rodeo. New Times Announces Three Parades for Jubilee and Rodeo
Three big parades are planned this weekend for the Franklin County Jubilee and Famous Preston Night Rodeo. The Saturday children's parade runs at 2 pm with 30 to 40 units, and Thursday and Friday parades start at 6 pm. Parades follow established routes past the Snooty Cat to First East and Second South, with the Rodeo route extending east to First East and Oneida Street.
