City Denies Water To Outside City
The Mond city council voted to halt new residential water hookups outside the city until a new water source is obtained or pressure is increased. Eastside School Board to Study New Elementary and Mill Levy
The Eastside school board approved starting a study for a new elementary school with three members from each zone and called for a mill levy election in March to transfer existing mills rather than add new ones. The plan moves funds between maintenance, debt service, and Plant Facilities to reduce the district rate and fund a new school within seven years. the board also approved bus purchase, insurance, another road project, and foreign language aid efforts.

District Offers Adult Education Classes in Preston
