Franklin County March of Dimes aids four polio patients

The Franklin County chapter spent 3812.72 to aid four polio patients in 1951. Delmer Olson announced the 1951 financial report showing hospitalization costs covered for those unable to pay. The chapter raised 3913.60, with 50 percent kept for local services and 50 percent sent to national HQ.
