Brigham Young University assistant professor Leaun G Otten will lecture at the Know Your Religion series at the North Stake Center. Melvin Sharp said the talk entitled Heavenly Father Child Relations From The Doctrine and Covenants will cover principles of application with children and others. The talk begins at 8 p.m. with a $1.50 adult and 50 cent child admission. Otten previously taught at Utah State University's Institute of Religion in Logan.

Plans for the Miss Franklin County Pageant are under way with Dr Larry Stokes as general chairman and Mrs Eleanor Lewis as director.
