The Preston Knife and Fork club will hold a final session on April 15 to hear Dr. Franz J. Polgar and vote for two new directors from four nominees. Ballots mailed this week will be counted at the meeting, with directors serving three years and holdovers remaining on the board.

Radio Production Club Leader and Red Cross Blood Drive Milestones
Mrs Larsen a junior working for a bachelor’s degree leads the Radio Production Club at ISC and has done lightning and scenery for college plays while serving as a radio announcer in Pocatello. An honor graduate of Preston High School with talents in music and dramatics. By end of 1949 the Red Cross national blood program had collected over 500 000 pints and operated 30 regional centers nationwide.

Stuart E Campbell Re Enlists in Navy
Stuart Elgins Campbell Jr formerly of Preston now living in Logan re enlists in the U S Navy. A veteran of the last war he was honorably discharged in 1946 as an electrician first class. He swore in at Salt Lake City on April 3 and left for San Francisco for assignment. He is married to Colleen Geddes daughter of Mr and Mrs R W Geddes of 145 East Oneida Preston.
