Rusk And Home Plan Talks On Disarmament
British Foreign Secretary Lord Home and U S Secretary of State Dean Rusk met at United Nations headquarters to prep new talks with Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko on disarmament steps after the limited test ban treaty. Both indicated little to say after the conference as they aim for progress toward lasting peace. They planned to meet again for lunch Saturday and follow up on Moscow ratifications.
