Funeral services set for Francis Kessling Jr
Funeral services will be held Friday for Francis Kessling Jr a longtime San Francisco lawyer civic teacher and former Republican lieutenant governor candidate. He died Wednesday at 86 after a long illness born in San Jose he lived in San Francisco and helped rescue earthquake victims. He helped write the 1931 City charter served on the Golden Gate Bridge district board and chaired its building committee in 1929.37
