Supreme Court decision urged on legality of Vietnam War
Federal judge in San Francisco urged that the Supreme Court settle whether the Vietnam War is legal. Judge William Sweigert dismissed a suit by Alden Campen and six others seeking to end the war, saying the plaintiffs had no standing.
