The Southern California Association for the Education of Young Children will meet at Long Beach State University in the multi purpose room at 7:30 p.m. Laura Olsher will discuss early growth and development through creative dramatics. Keynote speaker Dr Dorothy Blackmore will address early education during lunch. Other speakers cover continuation schools, alcohol and students, special education, consumer education, PTA movie review involvement, and school volunteerism. Registration opens at 9 a.m. with sessions starting at 10 a.m.
