Phillip Houghton, a 58 year old McDonnell Douglas test pilot, says a Supreme Court decision voiding his 1971 grounding due to age discrimination could allow him to fly again. The court refused to review, ordering back pay around 200000 and potential reinstatement if he passes medical clearance, with McDonnell Douglas awaiting lower court steps.
